I know I said I'd shut up about it, but....

I just pulled out that rather largish shard of tooth that I guess didn't make it out during surgery. It's been bugging me for two weeks, but I didn't know what it was for sure. I certainly didn't know it was detachable, but it started to came away with sort of a wet tearing sound so I hooked it with a pinky nail and tore it the rest of the way out. It was long and irregular and blood-covered and had a gobbet or two of flesh hanging off it.

I feel woozy just typing this, but I get few opportunities in life to type "gobbets of flesh" so it had to be documented.

Other than the bleeding, boy does that part of my mouth feel better.
