Thanksgiving 2006
Nov. 23rd, 2006 10:19 amWe saw Happy Feet last night and I want that hour and a half of my life back. I felt it was a big disappointment and didn't work on a number of levels. Phooey.
The butcher at my grocery store had never heard of Prosciutto. Come ON.
That griping aside, I confess I adore the holiday season and now that it's in full swing I'm giddy as a schoolgirl. Last year I was apprehensive that I'd be doing more moping than celebrating, but that didn't happen and this year I'm all BRING IT ON.
Today I am thankful for many things, but here I want to post how thankful I am that livejournal allows me access to so many people worth knowing. You are worthwhile, interesting, thought-provoking, kind, and funny in turns. Don't go changing.
