The one wee glitch on Thanksgiving

One of my interesting new experiences this holiday was sustaining damage to a rental car. We filed a police report and damage report; there is nothing more to do from the rental company end until they get back in touch. I have loss-damage coverage through the Big Ten contract, and also via my credit card. But it may also depend whether Nebraska is a no-fault state. (I wasn't in it; my Dad hit it while it was parked in the driveway). We'll see what happens.
