No clue on the door one. I looked it at for quite a long time. The only thing I can figure is maybe it is saying it is ok to go open a door to escape a fire if it feels cool to the touch? But the only reason I know that is because I already know that, if you see what I'm getting at.

And what's up with the one with the guy pondering on the dead fish?

Oh, I couldn't stand it anymore, so I went to ready.gov to find out. This one is titled thusly:

If you see signs of a chemical attack, quickly try to define the impacted area or where the chemical is coming from, if possible.
