I was cruising the book aisle of my favorite thrift store and picked up a slightly-oversized paperback. I am not sure why I grabbed it; the spin shouldn't have drawn my attention. But the cover said it was a sequel to "Pride and Prejudice" (written by a modern author, of course). I just had to have it.
I'm thought the first quarter of it. Jane and Mr. Bingley are *so* happy, as are Lizzy and Mr. Darcy. Both have their problems with snooty relatives, but they're so in love! *deep contentment*

Am I stupid or just can't comprehend higher thought? Seriously, I feel real bad about not understanding this...
Did you perhaps mean THROUGH??? I mean that would make sense and I really feel dumb asking this but whatever :)
btw...if you remember finding the extremely small frog in my backyard when I had that last dopefest, you'll like this...
Since we no longer have dogs, just the two indoor cats that were semi de-clawed before they were given to us, I've started feeding the friendly woodland creatures.
So far, we have a family of groundhogs, half a dozen rabbits (that may or may not be a family who knows?), HUGE amounts of squirrels and a few raccoons, skunks and porcupines.
I had almost forgot how nice it was to be able to get up in the morning about 5a.m. and see real creatures running around without worrying about the neighbors dog...
