That's right, at the 8 pm deadline, I headed to our local Level I Trauma Center!
No, not because I was paranoid about an anthrax attack. Kirk had back pain, and apparently it's so weird for a little kid to have back pain, our doctor said we should go check it out. Rule our kidney infection, neuroblastoma, other bizarre stuff that can cause back pain.
He's fine, no big deal, they don't know what it was, we just spent five fun hours in the pediatric ER listening to babies cry and watching the news.
