I need someone to invent this

It bums me out when I'm headed home from work and I see a takeout delivery driver (from a restaurant I like) turning into our neighborhood. I always think "HEY! If I'd known the neighbors were ordering Mediterranean, I woulda added an order!" Therefore, I want someone to invent a kind of "push" technology that will notify you when someone nearby has placed a delivery order from a restaurant you like. Plus I think this will save gas, which is why the inventor should get federal funding.
